“Sozialuri Kapitali” wants to promote grass-roots, not-for-profit sector entrepreneurial activities in Georgia. They should enhance the social, economic, and environmental conditions of communities, mostly through employment opportunities for their disadvantaged members. Participative methods, democratic decision making processes, development of employee responsibility and accountability of management decisions as well as sustainability are essential in the enterprises constitution process.

The marginalized and vulnerable groups can be among others migrants and ethnics minorities, refugees (internal displaced persons), persons with chronic illness, disable persons or older workers. Special focus will be given to the group of prisoners and ex-convicts.
