Sozialuri Kapitali was founded with young Georgians, aspirants for a voluntary year of social service in Germany. They came together in several meetings in the frame of the partnership between the diaconic services of Georgia and Württemberg (Germany).
Regarding the handicrafts project, cooperation with civil organizations, governmental institutions and professionals working in the different fields covered by project activities is of high importance:
- For rehabilitation of prisoners a partnership with the Center of Crime Prevention (CFCP) at the Georgian Ministry of Justice has been formalized. CFCP offers vocational trainings at different public colleges and professionally monitoring of their participant by social workers.
- The Georgian Arts and Culture Centre assess merchandising and provides contact to Georgian handicrafts masters. GACC founded the Georgian Heritage Crafts Association which works directly with artisans.
- The Private Sector Development Programme South Caucasus, implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, contributes advice on market-oriented vocational education and training.
